  1. How do we make a custom jacket?

Fill out the consultation page under our customize tab. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email with a folder with all the different leather jacket styles, colors, materials and accessories that you can choose from. If you have a concept or image in mind you can also explain or send it in.

 

  1. Can I return a product that I’ve purchased at a retail store?

Currently, all of our locations are closed due to Covid-19. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your in store purchase as a return.

 

  1. How can I track my order?

Once the order  leaves our warehouse you will receive an automatic email with the Shipping company’s tracking number to follow its journey. In the case you are a registered customer, you will have the possibility to track your parcel accessing your account in the section My Account.

 

  1. How long will it take me to receive my jacket?

We make our customers a priority. We strive to complete your order in a fast and effective manner. From the process of developing the leather to stitching the jacket in a bespoke process, it will be made and shipped in 2-3 weeks approximately.

 

  1. How good is the quality of the leather and the jacket?

We have worked in this industry for over 20+ years and only create the finest leather. Quality is our main focus. You will not be disappointed by our leather quality.

 

  1. Do I need to set up an account to place an order? 

You can complete the order either as a registered customer or without registration. If you are a new customer and you want to register, you can click on the register button to fill in your personal information. Your address will be inserted directly through registration in the order form.

 

  1. Is my personal information kept private?

Your personal information is kept private and confidential, and will never be shared with a third party. For more precise information, please check the dedicated section Privacy Policy.

 

  1. Which payment methods do you accept? 

We accept the following payment methods:

* Paypal

* Cash on delivery (only available in some countries)

 

  1. Is it possible to get a voucher rather than a refund?

In the case you return something, you will have the possibility to choose among refund, exchange and voucher.

 

  1. How do I return or exchange an item?

At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges due to the customized process and the Covid-19 pandemic.
